I am a chemist with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Polymer Science and Technology from a reputed institute in Eastern Europe, with more than 25 years of experience in the formulation of domestic, industrial and marine paints, becoming through the years in a specialist in coating technology.

In the last few years of my professional career, I have successfully worked on the formulation of new surfactant for new generation chemicals, household cleaners, personal care products and cosmetics.

Throughout my professional career I had the opportunity to work for a few companies in the chemical field as R&D Engineer in research and development of new chemicals products as well as improvement of the existing ones. during this time, I acquired a solid knowledge of the QC and QA area, which allows me to guarantee the excellent quality of products developed.

In addition to my long experience as chemical formulator in R&D, I have experience in the application of GMP and GDP in the cosmetic industry which has allowed me to do a good technical work in QC and QA lab.

SUMMARY

- Application of quality control techniques for raw materials used in paint formulation. Manufacturing paint starting of selected local raw materials to convert it into a quality paint that meet international standards, taking care that there is not any harm to the environment.

- High experience in the quality control laboratory for the physical and chemical examination of the paint during the manufacturing process and after surface application.

- Solid experience as formulator in New Paint Preservation Technologies for Offshore & Marine Equipment.

- Specialist in paint coating formulation, failures analysis, recommendation and selection of painting systems, paint application inspection, also specialist in testing before, during and after paint applying.

- Solid experience in corrosion engineering, designing, supervising maintenance and inspection of coating application and quality control, monitoring the correct paint system apply to avoid corrosion of metallic structure.

· Developed 3 new epoxies coal tar pitch and over 15 new formulation including epoxy, polyurethane and vinilic paint system.

· Responsible in research activities to substitute local raw material instead imported one and over 200 Industrial and Marine paint formulation.

I work as QC Lab technician for Igloo Corp. I verify the operating parameters of the Injection Mold and Blow Mold machines and recommend any adjustments to production.

Assessed products or services to evaluate conformance with quality standards.

Minimized waste generation during production recommending procedures through proper handling of materials and efficient use of resources.

Check the plastics components that come out of the Injection Mold and Blow Mold machines, as well as the properties and characteristics of the polyurethane foam and the raw material to be used in production, finally ensure that the finished product meets all the QC specifications for its approval and dispatch.
