I started as a shop mechanic then worked my way to every position for that company except store manager. I was assist manager that invoiced job orders, maintaining the shops inventory and cleanliness. I finalized work orders and cashed out customers as the cashier. I diagnosed vehicles through a test drive and customized solutions to customers vehicles problems providing proper parts that we had in stocks or ordered from local parts suppliers to ensure proper vehicle function and maintaining safety as a number one priority for the customer and our employees. Some days I would open the store, and others I would be responsible for closing down the store, making sure that the equipment and computers were properly shutdown following stores detailed procedures. Friendly customer service was an important part of the job in which we prided ourselves as having a five out of five stars rating upon the stores final shutdown.
