Mr Syvarth has more than 35 years of environmental program management and execution experience, which includes many years as an Environmental Consultant for both the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) with both the site investigation abd remediation branches and as well as the United States Army including Ft. Monmouth (a BRAC site) and multiple other locations. That experience includes coordinating actions with State and Federal Regulators to foster and develop frank and open communications between all parties involved.

He has performed, overseen, and contracted for extensive restoration and complex chemical remediation requirements. Mr. Syvarth also possesses extensive theoretical and practical

knowledge pertaining to BRAC environmental investigations, remediation and restoration

techniques, methodologies, and practices for all environmental media. He has worked

closely with BRAC PMs while at Fort Monmouth and is intimately familiar with all aspects

of the environmental remediation measure Mr. Syvarth possess extensive chemical hazardous waste experience and is well versed in disposal and treatment options. Additionally, he has extensive experience in using NIOSH/OSHA air sampling methods.
