Clarion Court Apartments (January 2020 – January 2022) Maintenance Tech

• Troubleshooting work orders daily for residents prioritizing the service requests and ensuring they are completed in a timely fashion

• Preparing vacant units for new residents ensuring that the unit meets the company standards/checklist

• Maintaining the exterior grounds of the property and conduct seasonal duties such as snow removal or pool maintenance

• Conducting walk-through of the entire property to ensure everything is in working order; if not, take the appropriate steps for correction

• Loading and unloading inventory from loading docks, delivery trucks, storage areas, and production areas

• Ensuring all incoming delivery matches the company purchase order

• Storing cargo in assigned locations using cargo boards and pallets

• Managing inventory by identifying, cataloging, and recording the location of inventory

• Recording the number of units handled and moved every day using production sheets

• Operating various machinery including booms, cameras, cranes, and forklifts to handle materials and inventory

• Analyzing pick sheets based on clients’ orders and pull the appropriate products for each order

• Tracking supply levels and regularly submit purchasing recommendations

• Contacting vendors for pick-ups or returns

• Complying with all safety and health regulations

Manpower/ Steelcase (July 2020 – Current) Material Handler – Part time (Thursday, Friday)

• Lifting and unloading heavy pallets, both by hand and by machine, and safely relocate them elsewhere in the warehouse or prepare them for transport

• Receiving, confirming, tracking, storing, dispatching and delivering material from the warehouse to production facilities, retail stores and corporate offices
