Provide witness management assistance prior to, during and after trial.

Work directly with fact witnesses, provide assistance for court, pretrial conferences and grand jury.

Process and complete witness travel vouchers for payment, obtaining JMD authorization for unusual witness related expenses.

Receive visitors, phone calls, answer questions and other inquiries from fact witnesses seeking information pertaining to court and expense reimbursement.

Perform other administrative and logistical fact witness management related to duties as required.

Prepare and organize factual material and other documentary data for investigations and trials (i.e., E-Discovery material for production, Trial Director).
