Direct all phases of Supply Chain processes: Purchasing, Forecasting, Inventory Control and Logistics (Domestic and International). Evaluated the Sage 100 MRP report to ensure the proper settings were accurate to order properly. Developed and implemented purchasing strategies such as creating an Excel Forecast Spreadsheet, readjusting reorder points, evaluating inventory, and identifying stagnant items. Created a SharePoint document for the main warehouse in order to locate inventory, additionally creating a new warehouse system to label all bin locations. Maintained high-level vendor relations, while exploring other options to help lower cost on goods, services, and negotiation of prices. Key Achievements:

Re-evaluated reorder points and safety stock, which enabled the use of a JIT inventory management method.
