• As the project lead, I successfully completed the outcomes set forth in the 2017/2018 Kessler funded ‘Bridge to Work’ grant, providing transition services to identified in-school youth.
• Provide supported employment with a high rate of job placement, retention, and job satisfaction to DVRS and DDD referred clients.
• Provide DVRS referred Pre-ETS (Pre-Employment Transitional Services) to identified in school youth.
• Comanaged ‘Project Success’, an out of school youth, work readiness program through DVRS. This program was specifically designed for individuals on the Autism spectrum aged 16-24 years.
