Order Credit Report requests for Revenue Officers after manager approval.
Input Assessment Statute Expiration Date request (ASEDR) definer for the Revenue Officers after the manager’s approval. Mail closed case files every week to the appropriate address. Sort mail for the Revenue Officers, and place it in a mail drop file. Make sure all mail is picked up timely from the mail room. Set up and maintain Employee Performance File (EPF) and Employee Drop File (EDF) for each Revenue Officer. Plan office events.
Order, maintain, and organize supplies as needed (monthly at a minimum) with a government credit card.
Complete requisitions for government-purchased orders. Completing reconciliation reports monthly.
