Profile 40+ years in the construction industry as a Site superintendent, carpentry manager,drywall foreman and master drywall installer and tape. I worked for my families construction companies for many years which started as a drywall company and developed into general contracting and construction management. Over the years I have worked in high rise and residential and commercial interior construction. i have a valid osha 30hr and a 62 SST supervisor card (NYC DOB)

Superintendent FinalyGC (Feb 2022 -present)..Oversee all aspects of construction from Demo to move in for some of the largest commercial clients in Manhattan(SL Green, Tishman, Rockefeller Center)

Project manager for Big Apple Designers in NYC (2017-2021) Oversee all aspects of carpentry work include takeoffs, estimates, interpreting and executing plans ordering material and worker ‘motivation’ .

General superintendent for owner developer KAI (2013- 2017) Overseeing all field operations from site survey to move in. Highlights -1024 Gates avenue Brooklyn N.Y {49 units ) and 833 Monroe Street Brooklyn N.Y. (86 units).

Family business, (1981-2004)_ Worked for my cousins drywall outfit (Tom and William Felcon). It was our fathers company before that, They were legendary in the early development of the drywall industry. I started as drywall installer and became quite proficient at that and taping I learned how to manage and “motivate manpower’ from the best motivators in the business
