I owned a first class fine dining restaurant in Park Ridge NJ.

I sold the restaurant January 2024.

We did $3,000,000, a year in revenue.

We were only open for dinner after the pandemic for 6 days a week, holidays included.

I did the payroll, paid all of the taxes, did banking and paid bills, hired and trained employees, ordered the liquor, ordered linens and uniforms. Watched the kitchen for prep and cleanliness and food preparation, and made sure that the head chef made sure everything was fresh and appetizing and appealing. Ordered anything that needed to be repaired or replaced

We had a head chef, broiler, pasta maker, and salad and dessert prep person, 2 dish washers.

Dealt with customers to be sure that they were happy, comfortable and were happy with their food. I made sure I knew their names for regular customers. I didn’t seat guests as I had a host for that and a fill in for when I wasn’t there. I moved to Florida last September.

I booked small parties up to 80 guests or less; we had set menus for parties, which we could add to.

I was a hand on owner with my husband, who died 12/24/2022, that why I sold the restaurant.

I also sold high end properties in Saddle River & Upper Saddle River, NJ.

I owned Lighthouse Pt Realty which I sold to a leading competitor after owning the company for 10 years.

I worked for the Dallas Cowboys in their catering.
