INBOUND AND OUTBOND

Interacting with clients and addressing their inquiries regarding mutual funds investments, account statements, transactions, and any other service-related requests.

Handling account opening, maintenance, and updating client information in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Processing mutual funds transactions, such as purchases, redemptions, transfers, and exchanges, accurately and in a timely manner.

Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and internal policies to maintain the highest standards of operational integrity.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of transactions, client communications, and other relevant documents.

Preparing and generating reports related to client accounts, fund performance, and other operational metrics for internal and external stakeholders.

Monitoring and analysing mutual fund performance data, benchmark comparisons, and investment trends.

Identifying process improvements and streamlining operational workflows to enhance overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.

E-Mail (Distributors)

Manage and respond to email inquiries from mutual fund distributors promptly and professionally. Address their queries related to product information, account details, transactions, and other service-related matters.

Facilitate mutual fund transactions initiated by distributors through email channels. Ensure accuracy and timely execution of purchase, redemption, transfer, and switch requests.

Assist distributors in setting up and maintaining client accounts, updating account information, and resolving any account-related issues or discrepancies.

Disseminate information about mutual fund products, investment strategies, fund performance, and updates to distributors via email communication.

Provide orientation to new distributors, helping them understand the features and benefits of different mutual fund offerings.

Ensure that all email communications with distributors comply with industry regulations and internal compliance policies.

Maintain accurate and organized records of email interactions with distributors, including transaction confirmations, account statements, and other communication for future reference.

Prepare and generate reports on email correspondence, transaction volumes, response times, and other operational metrics related to distributor support.

Handle and escalate complex or urgent issues to appropriate teams or management for prompt resolution.

Continuously assess and enhance the efficiency of the email support process for mutual fund distributors, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices.
