I was born and raised in South Africa, until I was offered an opportunity to go study and play soccer in the U.S.A. I left South Africa in 2008 and during that time I was a student athlete at High Performance Centre in Pretoria. I also played for the under 17 and under 20 National team. I completed my studies in the United States of America, from high school up to graduating with a M.Ed. in Applied Behavior Analysis. After graduating, I worked as a counselor for victims and survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, assisting and legally advocating for the needs of the victims and survivors of domestic violence.
