Position: Building Engineer

Maintain the entire building by replacing and or repairing any inoperable mechanical equipment in guest rooms such as AC units, heaters, plumbing systems, light fixtures and painting. Other duties consist of controlling the BAS systems for all conference rooms, change filters, repair/replace fan motors for air handler units, rod out clogged drains, repair/replace drain pipes and maintain kitchen equipment.
