Assistant Director of Global Security AIG

Led the global security assistance team, which oversees all global security operations from evacuations to kidnapping to natural disasters.

Worked closely with the medical director to ensure security was involved in medical evacuations.

Managed a team of 26 personnel, globally.

Monitored and reported on any incident impacting AIG and policy holders’ property and personnel worldwide. Using several software tracking systems, quantifying large amounts of data and providing information quickly.

Led the team that consulted with AIG's global customers on any threats or risks to travelers or corporations, and how these risks could be mitigated.

Performed research and provided content updates for the Global Threat Monitoring internet site. Provided global security with intelligence, based on rapidly changing threat conditions around the world.

16 April 2011 - 15 April 2012 United Nations Security Battalion Joint Security Area (UNCSB-JSA)

Battalion Command Sergeant Major

Implemented security of the DMZ/JSA between North and South Korea while ensuring global security and international relations remained strong.

Worked closely with external protection and security elements to include the State Department, Secret Service, FBI, DOD, and foreign security elements to ensure dignitaries and Heads of States were protected.

Oversaw all threat conditions, and implemented analysis training, SOP, and hiring.

Civil Affairs SGM

Taught Korean Cultural Awareness to all Soldiers arriving in South Korea, while working closely with foreign military and government officials.

Represented the 8th U.S. Army Command during several key leader, and governmental engagements; including the Army to Army Staff Talks.

Orchestrated several events with the South Korean military, government, and corporate officials, which focused on building a strong alliance.

Battalion Command Sergeant Major

Mentored taught and coached approximately 1,250 Combat Training Soldiers, 125 cadre, and 125 Drill Sergeants.

Monitored, improved, and enforced training within the Battalion, which increased the battlefield focus of new Soldiers.

Enforced Asymmetric Warfare theory during marksmen training, which vastly increased marksmanship statistics.

October 2005 – 31 January 2008 1-13 Infantry Fort Jackson, SC

Company First Sergeant

Served on the writing team that revised TRADOC regulation 350-1.

Trained over 2,400 Soldiers, preparing them for Combat.

Wrote a counseling program that increased safety, training, and Soldier wellbeing, which also became the new brigade standard.

Managed all intelligence operations over three combat areas of operations.

Supervised all battalion detainee operations in Iraq, while ensuring battle field security was maintained.
