Processed Military Instructors: in process paperwork, including travel claims, new pay rate for the Annapolis area and new basis housing allowance, leave-request forms, with new (sgli) Navy Life Insurance, input all that into the Navy system Nsips, daily.
Scheduled and coordinated meetings and training to support Military members that are transferring and separation, and retirements from the navy, all foreign officers and their families to provide them with new ID cards for the needed access to the academy’s facility. Greeted visitors, answered phones and managed appointment and interview scheduling. Prepared weekly reports and the documentation for internal communication, for the Chief of Naval Operation and the Superintendent of the Naval Academy, meeting support and new policy notifications and guidelines implement by the Navy. Compiled and updated employee records in digital and physical file systems within our office. Administered and new promotion for military officers input them in the new rank in their military file in the navy systems. Coordinated newly commissioned officers 1000 or more new military members keeping a database for their new assignment and school dates and ship assignments, and signing all orders for these newly commission officers, making travel arrangements for all officers and their families and newly commission officers’ members that needed air transportation with Nato orders to their new country destination.

Conversed with members about their travel vouchers that were input into the systems known as IATS by daily request on the status of their payment.
Resolved customer concerns, including tracing lost checks and bonds and unpaid claims for the vendors that supplied the Army commissary. Process over 4000 civilian paychecks and 285 Maryland National Guard 89 Delaware National Guard members on a biweekly basis. Process all vendors bills, that supplies the federal reserve. Inventory number of checks and bonds for the next incoming pay dates. Army commissary and other departments on the base.
