PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY

My big professional “WHY” is to help financial services and HR organizations leverage their technology platforms to effectively run their business goals and serve their clients throughout their companies. From Agile development, Scrum and Kanban methodology adoption, business process redesign and data analysis, I help scrum teams, product owners, HR business partners to operate with greater collaboration and efficiency.

In my professional journey, I have conducted the following scenarios -

• Guided teams to experiment self-improvement using inspection and adaptation practices within the Scrum framework, educating Scrum teams to foster transparency and commitment by setting up sprint and product goals that can be evaluated by stakeholders and then released to users at the end of the sprint cycle.

• To practice at a deeper level about service operation processes such as incident and problem management and service transition processes such as change and release management.

• To integrate their learning platforms to reflect business requirements using dynamic and automated assignments, custom reporting, and alignment of security roles.

• To migrate their datasets from various ERP platforms (UltiPro, Saba, Workday, Peoplesoft) for Learning, Performance, Recruiting, as well as integrate their technical ecosystems (SSO, Okta, HireRight, CareerBuilder, to name a few) with shortened timeframes and minimal disruption.

More than 200+ projects were completed, with 50+ customers from various industries – non-profits, state and federal agencies, healthcare, mid-market, and enterprise organizations.

Participating in Advanced Workday training from a Workday training partner to create and modify requirements to supervisory organizations, job and position profiles, compensation framework, business processes, eligibility rules and logic, security configuration, event management, standard and custom reporting. Conduct analysis of current process within Workday and recommendations for enhancement, aligned with global and local participants in planning, analysis, and development of business requirements for HRIS modifications and improvements. Scrum Master (PSM Level 1) and HR Business Analyst

Lead two Scrum/Kanban teams to practice deliver measurable Definition of Done increments, identify and removing anti-Agile patterns, thus improving the cycle time for Operations team by 50% and ServiceNow team by 25%.

Guided Product Owners to maximize the product value by coaching the necessity of a totally ordered product backlog, rather than prioritization of high-value backlog items, to improve transparency and collaboration with the Developer Team and stakeholders. Reviewed and translated client SOWs into business and technical solutions to be implemented within Professional Services during the project implementation.

Demonstrated project leadership and designed MS project plans to guide clients from design, execution, UAT, to full deployment of HR systems, business processes, and employee data related to Learning, Performance, Recruiting and Compensation.

Conducted data collection and data mapping activities to ensure accurate extraction during data conversion discovery, leading to multiple steps in data cleansing (Boomi and Excel) before handing over to the Data teams for loading to Pilot and Production systems. Integrated a diverse set of technical projects involving SSO authentication, Inbound Data Feed, OLSA integration, in addition to converting data from Workday, Saba, UltiPro, and Peoplesoft.

Evaluated current business processes through discovery workshops to translate and create business workflows to reside within the technology platform, prototyping with multiple iterations, using Agile best practices.

Decreased scope creep typically found in data and technical projects by initiating, facilitating, and addressing all communication issues between non-technical and technical personnel. As a result, made an impact and was nominated by Associate Vice-President and Senior Director of Professional Services to be part of a new team to revamp processes for data migration projects and trained business analysts on client delivery, a recurring $30 million/year business.

Monitored and communicated project status to the client project team, executive sponsor, and engaged stakeholders on task ownership, timeline of schedule vs. completed milestones, baseline scope vs. changing scope, and projected vs. completed project hours in a clear, concise, executive summary using the One Page Project Manager system, resulting in higher NPS ratings from post-project evaluation.

Administered and collaborated with the TSA (Transportation Security Administration) federal team of the enterprise-wide migration of Success Factors SaaS platform of learning, as well as the introduction of performance into the agency of 60,000 users.

Defined the scope of work streams involving the creation of system configuration, role management workflows, levels of security, SCORM content migration, report design and generation, curriculum design and deployment, and transfer of knowledge to the federal team systems administrators

Created Visio-based trainer documentation, illustrating security design framework, custom pages, troubleshooting course upload and course launching, and system auditing.

Advised and guided the Government General Manager and the Program Manager on requirements planning of content migration, schedule planning of systems blackout and integration, and help-desk support for tier-1, tier-2, and tier-3 support, in line with SLA.
