October 2022 – present Robert Half I have been contracted to 2 separate companies. The first was data entry for Pye Barker to get them caught up for year end of the fire inspections . I was able to catch them up in less time then I was contacted for. The second contract is with Property Doctors here I am handling scheduling, insurance claims, sub contractors as well updating the equipment and organization of the warehouse.

June 2021 – Feb 2022 Aerotek /CUDC This was a contract position on a day to day bases I would look over loan paperwork check for authentic signatures verify the income and fund if everything was verified I also worked closely with several Credit Unions – I was then working RV loans I would upload them or work from hard copies – I averaged 70-90 a day on top of auditing others deals and filling in for the packaging, scanning and front desk departments. April 2021 – June 2-21 - VA Nursing Home at Fitzsimmons. This is a temporary position it will not turn permanent. On a day-to-day basis I set up receiving reports in accounts payable update POs and setting up many excel spreadsheets. I also help with billing Medicare and Medicaid for the residents checks and balances as well as cash counting. This position it heavily data entry and accuracy it the main goal. August 2019 – November 2020- Transamerica: For this roll I handled up to 80 inbound calls concerning large and mid-market accounts for employee 401ks. During this roll I helped navigate how the 401ks were invested. Most of the calls were taking loans against the 401k and standard withdrawals explaining how taxes will work and financial advice. Once congress passed the CARES act, I was able to walk the customer through on the advantages of taking monies out under CARES. February 2019- July 2019 – Nelnet I started out on the front desk making sure visitors and employees adhered to the high security of the building helped put together training materials. I then obtained my Department of Education clearance to take inbound calls/chat and email for the Department of Education for student loans, this was high paced well over 100 contacts a day. In this roll I educated the customers on how to refinance the student loans how a forbearance would affect the loan and payment options.

June 2015 -Feb 2019 E470 Highway For this position I am responsible for taking inbound calls for the toll roads in Colorado, on average I take in 100 calls per day concerning billing explanation taking payment and general customer service. I am responsible for noting the accounts that I work on and providing all information needed on how to use the Expresstoll lanes and roads. Sept 2013-May 2015 Trulia Rental Fraud For this position I have on average closed 2000 suspected rental fraud cases per month by investigating the listing and comparing the pricing photos description and the area the homes are in this has helped reduce the amount of fraud on the Trulia site, I have wrote several of the templates used to respond to consumers, wrote the workflow for the rental department I have been point for Buildup and their listings running reports in SLQ to have a better quality of rental listings be sent over, I have also been trained to work listing flags . Most recently I have

trained another agent into the rental fraud department. I have earned employee of the quarter for my role in this department Q1 2014.

Sept 2012 – Sept 2013 United States Postal Service/ Convergys for this position I had to obtain government clearances from DOJ and DOD I took incoming calls for the postal service covering anything from simple questions concerning rates and changes up to complaints that needed to be filed against the postal service. This was a high paced call center environment on an average 8-hour day would average 110-135 calls a day my lowest CSAT score was a 94% I rarely was below 100 my in-house quality score average is a 96% average call handle time is 199 seconds. Unfortunately, the postal service has decided to pull all customer care in house and the contract is set to expire 9/30/13 Mar 2011 – August 2012 Sprint National Sales Support (NSS) This position consist of taking inbound calls from Sprint cell phone dealers whether they are a Sprint direct store or one of the many thousands of independent dealers who sell many other brands to support their needs giving them world class customer service so they feel confident in selling the Sprint products offered – activating/deactivating customer cell phones reviewing bills and the contract agreements the customers have basic and advanced troubleshooting on all the devices Sprint has to offer. This is a high passed position, which can yield 100+ calls a day. I have gone through training on all the new and upcoming devices and procedures to continue to give my customers the help and information they seek in the utmost professional way.

June 2012Sept 2012 Arrow/Lockheed Martin This position was a temporary contract position within their Telco department here I did obtain clearances to be able to work with accounts that did require them – on a daily basis I would data entry orders for moves of phone and internet connections and updated blue prints to show the changes this was for unclassified as well as classified devises the documentation was precise and since I was working with blue prints as well it was very detailed orientated this position was worked with little supervision since I was brought on to catch up the work load due to several buildings merging Sept 2008 – Feb 2011 DIRECTV, Inc., Development and Discovery Agent Position is within the Development and Discovery Group (DDG) this is the first of its kind within DirecTV and only 48 agents were handpicked to start the group. I have been trained on many call types within this group including retention, sales, programming/equipment upgrades as well as the basic and advanced troubleshooting along with the training I had before joining DDG. I obtain the highest sales and saves for retention within the group and am within the top percentile of an agent who only handles the one call type. The other departments I have been a part of include NMTS (network media) Daily Duties include but not limited to: advanced troubleshooting for Direct on Demand, Whole Home DVR, Wildblue Internet along with billing and technical calls including billing explanation, taking payments, adding and removing of services including programming, upgrading equipment, programming packages, upselling current features including revenue and nonrevenue generating services and auto payment information. On the technical side I would troubleshoot customer issues common with the service, think outside the box to resolve issues, schedule service calls and make equipment replacements if needed, activate pending accounts and replacement receivers on several occasions I have helped the tech in the field pin point the issues they may be having on an install and or service call. On a daily basis I deescalate escalated situations and

continue to further my knowledge within the company departments and services. I have been used as a trainer and as a stand in supervisor role on many occasions to help form the teams I have been a part of. I hold an average handle time of 391 billing and tech my handle time for the other call types including retention is lower than the standard but my results and customer care do not suffer. While in DDG I was also responsible for the scheduling for the department of 45, we used WFM and I was to code the days off, breaks lunches and call outs accordingly making sure there was coverage to meet service level on a daily, weekly, monthly basis. I have well documented customer compliments and a high average of QA scores.

June 07 – Dec 08 – Aurora International, International Export/Office Manager Daily Duties – Quoting, purchasing and shipping parts for large machinery (CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi, etc.) to Russia for mining equipment. General office includes – accounting, payroll, phone contact, email contact and worldwide contact with many suppliers. Other duties include but are not limited to: assisting the owners of the company with travel arrangement, documents for the shipments.
