Created, planned, and prepared a theme meal to be sold in the BayFront cafe. Organized two tabling events for National Nutrition Month that featured two different recipes and a game to win prizes. Designed menus, conducted group educational training, and engaged in food production.

Screened patients for low BMI, LOS, MST and consults. Performed Nutrition-Focused Physical Exams on every initial assessment and interviewed 8-10 patients a day. Provided diet educations on various disease states (DM, Renal, Ileostomy, gastroparesis, etc.). Collaborated with the interdisciplinary team during trauma ICU rounds to provide MNT for the patients. Diversity and Inclusion Co-chair

Created a presentation to advocate for the MNT Act of 2021 focused on diversity and inclusion. Presented to a group of 30 students and 40 dietetic students at a Food Science and Human Nutrition Club meeting and community nutrition class, had them sign and mail a letter to 6 key federal legislators and their own representatives. Created a video presentation advocating for the MNT Act of 2021.
