I am a semi-retired attorney, practicing law in the State of California specializing in the areas of business and employment law. My law practice included preparation and negotiation of numerous Contracts and Agreements, as well as participation in many Collective Bargaining, Mediation, Arbitration, Administrative and Litigation proceedings before state and federal agencies and courts. The emphasis of my practice was “preventive”, assisting clients in maintaining compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, promptly addressing issues as they may arise, and avoiding litigation whenever possible. Educational Background:

Graduate of University of California, Los Angeles, B.A. cum laude, major in Political Science.
