Successfully led project to streamline reporting of consumer analytics for the merger with Grupo Financiero Uno and Grupo Cuscatlán in Central America, allowing a customer integration report and combing both banks strengths into one bank structure using SAS to query both sets of data and automating the process with Data Step and SQL Scripts. This allowed a higher penetration of cross-sell products and also provided a uniquely insight on the customer’s engagement with the bank.
