I have been in the HVAC trade for 40 years in the valley. I have done installation, repairs and maintenance of oil, propane and gas appliances as well as air conditioning, HRV, hot water tanks, fireplaces, duct work install and duct cleaning services. I have been working on residential and light commercial appliances. I am a very technical person and enjoy the challenge of figuring thing out which I am very good at it.
Customer service is always been a top priority for me. I will always go out of my way and try to find a solution to any problem that may occurred for the customer satisfaction.
I know both codes books very well. I have been a reliable source of knowledge for HVAC tech in in the valley. Technicians are contacting me regularly when they cannot solve a problem with an appliance. It’s always been a pleasure for me to give them a hand to solve their issues.
I am at ease with computer under windows 7, 10 and 11. I will be happy to take any additional training if needed for the job. Please do not hesitate to contact me for additional information.

I worked as an administrator and technician in my own HVAC company. Responsible of hiring and training all employee. Metting with supplier sales representants. Dealing with all the suppliers orders and maintaining adequate stocks level and inventory. Preparing all customers quotes after meeting with them in their house for appraisal. Daily job site monitoring. Organize and participate in different HVAC trade shows over the years.

Over the years, I have been working as a volunteer firefighter and a fire captain for the MV township. I have been directing a crew of firefighters as a fire captain. I also am a trainer facilitator for the fire department and for Madawaska Valley township.
