As a Senior Tech / Operations Manager my duties vary from hour to hour. My responsibilities include engineering sales opportunities, assisting in the billing department, or performing break/fix out to the field to repair a down system. I manage a small team of techs and work with the owner to ensure clients receive the best experience possible.

I support and manage the service and installation on the following products: Avaya” Red”, IPO, S8300, G450, G430 and legacy equipment.
