Senior Data Engineer – Full SDLC support for AWS-based instrument data applications

Global Experiment Manager - Web application to design an experiment by dragging and dropping process recipes and instruments, uploading related files and report the experiment results (C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, JQuery, Telerik, EF, AWS RDS SQL Server and AWS S3 bucket)

Instrument Data ETL System– A Serverless decoupled ETL system heavily using interfaces to handle various of types instrument data files (including PDFs) parsing with regular expression and JSON configuration data (AWS Lambda,, C# .NET Core, SQS, SNS, Dynamo, ECR, Docker and AWS S3)

Built a JWT authentication REST API w/ C# to upload and download files to and from the instrument data lake in AWS S3 tagging the files with instrument meta data

Currently developing an interactive visualization web app to select the absorbance data of interest and generate the mapping data between Tecan and Hamilton for automation (Python, Plotly Dash, Pandas and Numpy etc.)

Application Engineer – Requirement analysis, designed and developed the AWS solutions to laboratory data challenge as a member of Data Science and Modeling Team in AstraZeneca.

Instrument Data Lake Upload Application – Developed a multi-threaded large scale (TBs) instrument data file processing system to create the data lake in AWS S3 tagging with the instrument meta data (C#, Windows Service, Windows Form, SQL server and AWS S3) for AstraZeneca

Engineer, Application Development – Analyzed business requirements and developed API, ETL and Web applications through full development lifecycle in Agile setting using DevOps, Jira creating technical documentation.

Document Processing API: Merges PDF files and generates a CSV file w/ patient data (C#, .NET Core, AWS Lambda, S3 bucket and Dynamo)

Patient Enrollment API: Patient mastering system to ensure correct patient data calling client’s API for Amgen and added other business feature requirements (C#, Web API, EF and SQL Server)

Transcription API: Calls an external vendor to transcribe wav files to update patient database. Added business requirements as well as publishing report data point events to the in-house pub/sub system (Node.JS, AWS Lambda, AWS Step Function and Dynamo).

ETL systems to import patient data into ConnectiveRx system (Node.JS, AWS Lambda, AWS Step Function, Dynamo, C#, SSIS and SQL Server)

Paymaster system: Added additional endpoints to support business requirements (C#, WCF and SQL Server)
