Supervises mentors and supports the campus directors of nursing and other nursing administration members at all campuses. Works closely with the campus Directors of nursing regarding faculty appointments, promotions, retention and terminations.
Maintains the integrity of the nursing programs at all campuses. Ensures that all nursing programs comply with nursing board regulations and meet and maintain accreditation and regulatory standards, including assisting in the timely completion of required reports.

Oversees nursing programmatic committees to ensure that appropriate projects are implemented, and student learning outcomes achieved.
Facilitates faculty development including enhancing educational competencies.
Assures that all nursing programs are using the required nursing curriculum and textbook list.
Assures faculty participation in planning, implementing and evaluating the curricula.
Attends the nursing board meetings and other necessarily conferences that are critical to the SEC nursing program.
Represents SEC Nursing Programs to state and local professional groups and/or organizations, professional accrediting organizations, and the community at large.
Attending all SEC corporate & leadership meetings.
