Spearheaded the Integrated Air and Missile Defense Battle Command System (IBCS) Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) Familiarization effort.

Led test planning, preparation, execution and reporting on remote test ranges such as Yuma Proving Grounds, for AH-64D, AH-64E, and AH-6I prototype and production model programs.
Authored the test plans for the majority of aircraft test programs performed, including the comprehensive Master Test Plan for the multi-year Singapore Apache program.
Generated multiple program proposals and estimates, thren managed them to successful completion.
Led the build and testing of two fully instrumented test aircraft as well as several prototype configurations. Used test drawings, engineering drawings and MWO’s.

Led test range events with various organizations involved including all levels of internal team members and management, U.S. and foreign governmental oversight, and contractors.
Led high-visibility technology demonstrations at remote tech ranges such as the Future Combat Systems Experiment 1.1 Apache-controlled sUAS demonstration at White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico.
Effective time manager. As sole Apache E-model test director planned, executed and reported all test activity on 2 prototype aircraft simultaneously for an 8-month period.
Co-authored the Patriot Advanced Capability Block 3 (PAC3) Seeker Block V Master Test Plan.
