U.S. Army: Supply Specialist 10/2018 – 02/2024
Field Artillery Unit Supply Sergeant responsible for receiving, storing, ordering, and dispensing supplies, equipment or materials; maintaining files and records; completing forms and requisitions; computing estimated cost and inventory levels of supplies and equipment in support of an 80 personnel field artillery unit with 8 Joint Light Tactical Vehicles, 1 Supply Tactical Vehicle, 6 M777 Howitzers, 100 M4 Carbines, 5 M2 Browning machine guns, 6 M249s, 60 pairs of night vision goggles, and various other standard issue soldering items. Maintained custody and control of all requirements utilizing the Systems Applications and Products (SAP) inventory management system. This resulted in a 100 percent inventory accuracy rate and the receipt of an Army Achievement Medal for performance above and beyond standards.
Army Supply Specialist responsible for safeguarding, maintaining, and keeping accurate records of all non-expendable and expendable property. Performed monthly 10% cyclic inventory, 100% weapons inventory, and 100% sensitive item inventory. Additionally, responsible for scheduling periodic preventive maintenance on all vehicles, weapons, and Chemical Biological and Radiological (CBR) masks.
