lead for the Pentecostal City Mission Church
(Far Rockaway branch). As Creative Lead,

all visual content (lower thirds, sermon series
graphics, opener/closer animations) as well as

and developed visual brand identities for

As brand developer, my role mainly
consisted of discovery, strategic planning,
and creating brand usage guides to ensure
proper handling of client’s visual assets.
As a motion designer, my main
responsibility was to create a platform
for the client’s brand to be interpreted in
moving form. This included logo animations
and other forms of motion graphics for
digital signage as well as broadcast and
online media. This led to increased brand
value for clients as it created additional
brand touchpoints and allowed for higher
sales conversion rates.

My name is Ryan Wilson and I am intentionally applying for the position of the Apparel Graphic Designer position. I have been working in the design field for over 10 years and bring various creative skills with me including graphic design, motion design, web design and branding. I have worked in a wide gamut of industries such as the non-profit, academic, ministerial and private sectors. I’m passionate about design and all things creative. I strive to stay current on the latest design trends and apply them to whatever I’m working on, while seeking to make sure its relevant to the project at hand.
For the array of different projects that I have worked on, I have always considered typography and layout and even work towards incorporating that into motion design. I have led various teams and I understand the importance of creative collaboration. I am very interested in this position and believe that I would be a great match for lululemon’s creative team. I have created designs for two clothing lines and enjoy the diversity of apparel culture. With the advent of newer technologies on the playing field, I’m fascinated with the idea of integrating technology with fashion. What drew me to this position are lululemon’s core values: personal responsibility, entrepreneurship and honesty are three of them which highly resonates with me specifically. I desire the opportunity for a position like this one that can challenge and inspire me while allowing me to add value in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
