More than 24 years of solid technical experience along with more than 20 years of experience supporting the IC community (not including the 4 years spent as a military intelligence soldier) in various technical and leadership roles providing absolute mission support and security policy compliance. I’ve supported the classified customer space for 20 years serving in the roles as Independent Verification and Validation

(IV&V) software/hardware test engineer, as a network engineer providing cyber support and traffic analysis of an “out-of-the-box” approach at examining game exploitation methods possibly in use by terror networks. Transitioned from the role of deputy test team leader to team leader responsible for the daily tasking of 11 test engineers and 1 technical writer, while providing management with daily/weekly briefings both written and orally. The years of working closely with the classified customer has allowed me to not only understand the mission fully but to successfully assist management in the implementation of the goals dictated by management’s vision.

• Performed independent verification and validation of the client/vendor software and hardware tools against a wide array of operating systems to include Windows, Linux, and Mac OS X. Testing also performed on select wireless devices in a Faraday chamber and also outside the confines of the customer’s space.

The client opted for all options and within 3 months we had the lab online and staffed with a full-time lab manager.
