In past program manager roles as the Relationship Manager for Dealer.com, I delivered a national automotive website program to Chrysler Canada. In this role, I applied the terms of the contract in principle to ensure that service levels were honoured and financial goals were obtained within budget. To maintain standards, I held weekly meetings to understand activity and progress towards dealership sign-ups and additional sales.
As a Digital Marketing Manager, I developed and managed a corporate digital marketing program that aggregated the metrics for online media return on investment of nine automotive dealerships within the Lally Auto Group. Both the role and analytics were new at the dealership and executive level. Therefore, I gathered the relevant metrics, constructed reports and presented the results during monthly dealership and executive meetings.
Recently as a project manager with Keyloop Canada and Splice Digital, I managed both a larger project scope of work and several smaller projects, respectively. My approach is the same in that I meet with stakeholders, partners, clients and team leaders in order to build a project task plan and communication plan using various project management applications. With this knowledge I then present the plan and lead team members on a common set of tasks and track project status and updates within scheduled project meetings. In addition, I present project status to project stakeholders, partners, clients during executive level meetings and adjust for competing priorities in terms of time, budget and project scope changes.
