Oversee and manage residential site development construction of 6 large residential projects Project Manager, General Contractor. RMI of Advanced Custom Homes LLC CCB# 167026 July 2018-2022 Coordinate all processes of planning, implementation and assurance operation and collaboration on all stages of this project between all applicable jurisdictions, including various utility agencies, subordinate under Site Development Review and Public Works, coordinate activity with LOI, LUT, PUE, obtain final mallard at County Survey Recording Office. Collaborate with Civil engineering and architectural planning, create work schedule, created and followed contracts with sub-contractors, create written contracts and work/payment schedules, on- site personally managed all necessary inspections, approvals, compaction/ material tests and delivery of approval/ commentary documentation for issuance of final approvals and closing permits.
