TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE HIGHLIGHTS

Establish and manage daily, weekly, monthly meetings and reporting to measure actual to planned performance. Identify shortfalls/ variances and develop corrective action/ plans. Support the monthly consolidation of reporting information and financial data for line management and executive reporting purposes.

Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Production Control organization. Directly manage planners, planning supervisors / managers. Ensure that all subordinates carry out all responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.

Conduct daily meetings with Production to provide daily set-ups and production overview. Ensure reconciliation of and integrity of data between multiple source systems. Able to proactively identify, research and resolve data integrity issues/ or inconsistencies across areas.

Monitor supply and demand misalignment using advance planning systems and collaborate with manufacturing sources to implement corrective action plans.

Analyze and monitor marketing, finance, academic and operational metrics providing reports and analysis as appropriate to optimize baseline planning and decision making activities in the manufacturing plant.

Implementation of new material management concepts into the Lean manufacturing production.

Successfully completed an intensive Smart Manufacturing production launch by effectively using proactive communication techniques in the composition of proposal, teambuilding, influential leadership and related technical documents.
