● Martini Modern Italian is a northern Italian restaurant concept with classic and old world blending contemporary flare

● This concept blends volume with fine and formal dining proving to be a well known staple of downtown Columbus for more than 25 years

● I believe this was one of the first 5 restaurants that Cameron opened in Columbus, OH

Tempe Taco - Server/Bartender

● Tempe Taco is an urban style restaurant featuring street style tacos and progressive modern spanish style plates and appetizers in the heart of a local suburb, such a cool new concept so close to home I couldn't resist being a part of the team and helping to contribute to their success with recommendations,regulars, and exemplary service

● I opened Condado Tacos at Easton and then went on to be on their training team that traveled and opened restaurants so this was a great way to use some of those skills

● Located near both the Ohio theatre and the Palace Theatre we had strict service and speed guidelines for table service as well as courses for dinner service

ACCOMPLISHMENTS

● New Restaurant Opener - Raising Canes- The travelling team that opened new restaurants and trained new staff for weeks. I had responsibilities to create training programs for front of house operations at new restaurants in Columbus and train groups of 20+ people at a time in each location.

● Certified Trainer/Closer - Texas Roadhouse- Team Leader and someone who leads by example and displays the effort to grow and train people hired so that they can be the most successful.

● Certified Gem and Diamond Specialist - Fred Meyers Jewelers - I was certified in gemstones and diamonds through this company. I was promoted two times within the company from part time to full time. Then from full time to another location that needed people, with pay increase. I averaged in the top 10% sales in our region.

● Over $100,000 sold in one day - Kay Jewelers - At Kay jewelers I was trained to be confident in sales and closing large sales. I was at the top grossing store in our region and at the time as the youngest sales associate I was averaging close to the top sales month by month.

● Lead Server(trainer/closer) & Bartender- Hen Quarter Dublin- Here I alongside a few others was tasked with creating a training manual in order to best acclimate new servers to restaurant and fine dining etiquette. ● Closing Server/ Closing Supervisor- Martini Modern Italian - At Martini Modern Italian I gained a comprehensive knowledge on Italian Wines and more knowledge into Italian cultures and dining styles. I Learned time management and how to be able to not just close down my section and closing server responsibilities but also to close the restaurant.
