I started as a CSR, and then moved to vet Assistant so I could have a hands-on experience with pets. Eventually learning how to be a technician with On-the-job training. Being at AAVEC was a rewarding way to start in the veterinary business. I learned good ethics, skills and how to treat pet owners and co-workers like family. I created the treatment sheet we used for many years to keep track of what was needed for a patients care and record of who performed it.
