Serving as a logistics management subject matter expert; with expert experience in analysis and advice in policy development and program management principles. Instrumental in the coordination planning, interpretation, and execution of developing policy and program concepts involving logistics procedures, standards and solutions for distribution, storage, and disposal for disaster commodities and personal property during pre and post disaster operations.

Coordinates the retrograde of commercial trailers and commodities with internal offices, field representatives, transportation carriers, and third-party service providers. Reconciles items such as: bill of lading, shipping/receiving documents, inventory lists, and property transfer reports. Assist in Preparing and reviewing applications for disaster projects in accordance with federal and state rules and policies.
