Job description :

Handle all day to day operations for all markets including phone calls, emails from operations managers and all other departments.

Monitor accounts receivables for each individual market and have weekly meetings with service managers and operations managers in each market to ensure we have a plan to get jobs completed and payments collected.

Have bi-weekly operations meetings to discuss any issues/concerns we have come across company wide.

Discuss any new processes that will be implemented or processes that will be changing.

Have weekly meetings with the recruiting department to go over forecasting needs to fill position needs

Bi-weekly meetings with Parent company to forecast revenue for the month.

Bi-weekly meetings with parent company to discuss accounts receivables for the company.

Bi-weekly meetings with vendors to address quality issues with products or shipping.

Bi-weekly operations meeting with Parent company to review new processes and update existing processes as the company expands.

Monthly safety committee meetings.

Weekly meetings with the scheduling department to discuss any jobs that have been received but we are not able to schedule.

Coach and train new operations managers and assistant operations managers.

Assist human resources with any questions/concerns with employees.

Assist the finance department when they have questions concerning jobs that have not been collected on.

Travel to different locations to check warehouses, loading/unloading process and visit jobs sites to ensure the same safety and quality standards of installations are met.

Obtain contactor licenses for all locations that we are located in, as well as having lead certification

Maintain license with continuing education credits.

Conflict resolution between markets, departments and employees.

Reach out to escalated homeowners when an individual market is not able to come to a resolution. Figure out what the homeowners expectations are and find a resolution that the homeowner and the company will be happy with.

Monitor all the following emails for the entire company while looking for escalated customers or issues with staff that need to be corrected. These include: Admin answering innovations, spectrum service requests, daily reports, medallia, BBB and other consumer reporting agencies as well as executive daily reports.

Monitor daily all of the following calendars for each market: production, service and scheduling calendars

Monitor daily sales progression, production calendar summary, received ques check for backlogs in each market and look to see if we can move installers to other markets to assist.

Initiate licensing when opening new locations, and assist with all start up needs.

Read through training reports of new employees for strengths and weaknesses to insure employees can be successful when they are on their own.

Monitor overtime reports and look for ways to reduce overtime costs.

Administer disciplinary action or a PIP when needed for any employee.

Monitor gross profit for 12 markets in 4 states and look for areas of improvement to maximize company profit margins.

Meet with executive board members monthly to review profit and loss from previous month and look for areas of improvement.
