Shell Oil US were looking to replace payments landscape supporting their 12,000+ Retail Sites. $11m Program initiated in 2022 with scope inclusive of 1) moving to outsourced payments platform and switch, 2) Implementation of new helpdesk and support functions for Retailers and 3) efficiency improvements across all business lines and touchpoints e.g. Site Managers, Operations, Finance.
