Handle all audits SQF & CFS, I also have 30 associates in my department and also supervisor the internal housekeeping department which runs on 2 shifts. Updating SOPs as needed and training through the SOPs and safety. Safety is very important in all my departments. I created a new sanitation Master schedule and organized all the books for AIB & SQF audits. Also worked hand and hand with the maintenance & Quality control managers to make sure all procedures were followed and equipment was cleaned and did our own swabbing before and after our cleanings.
