This included managing the CTIO FFA Test Teams that are in multiple time zones, Test Plans and Test Scenarios, Automation and Daily Project Reporting, deployment/setup of Probes for testing and lab config.

Report to the Director and AVP on the business side (Stakeholders) of the AT&T IoT team to provide guidance in setting up a Production Support team that was to be led by AT&T employees. This included 7X24 support, on-call schedule, Knowledge Base documents for training and reference, helping to define the review/development of customer/stakeholder expected end-user experience. The team used SharePoint internally to house and maintain the above information and all budget, and SOW information. Reviewed tools being used and implementation such as Prism, Box, Assembla, Git, Jira, and Confluence.

Integrated new process and policies for IoT where no processes/procedures existed including changes to

requirements, managing CR’s approvals and scheduling of changes. Release documents and code promotion supporting a more robust path for changes/updates that meet SOX, ICE compliance.

Setup a PMO and Production Support Team for the IoT business unit working with Executive Team and existing PMO's within AT&T to build the IoT PMO to include standup meetings, ceremonies, and PI Planning reviews.

Program Manager for the MoW (Most of World) International testing for 5G implementation and testing with

international vendors in Japan and Europe.

AT&T CTIO FFA Team worked directly with the Japanese and European vendors for testing a range of services both inbound and outbound calls on multiple VoLTE devices in various locations throughout ASIA, Europe, Mexico, and Canada ensuring AT&T was trending and meeting market needs.

Managed the implementation of Probes for testing in and around the US as well as Internationally for devices, software, firmware and services testing, call tracing with international partners such as Docomo and A1.

Managed overall TOL that provided the categories of calls subscribers, devices, and use of Probes for automation when needed for testing when test team members were unable to travel. Hosted vendor to vendor calls for scheduling of testing (time differences) locations, times and result and defect resolution and implementing the Agile Lean process within the team.

Managed resources, this included daily stand-up calls for status and discuss what was needed to move forward with resolution of assigned issues for County of San Diego Sheriff’s Department.

Worked with Fujitsu and COSD team (CIO and Stakeholders) to resolve open issues based on open defects, functional discrepancies, and customer expectations from a COBOL migration from 2017. This included existing LOE’s for updates based on COSD departments such as prosecuting attorney’s office, detectives, warrant information, criminal history, and arrest records, and tracking all issues against the contract.

Met with the COSD CIO and PMO team to understand what their processes are and how our team can work with their processes and expectations.

Fujitsu team worked hand in hand with COSD Infrastructure team on monitoring for old batch jobs that were no longer needed but still running and the legal requirements for archiving of court documents and data, review the throughput on the PROD servers to help with server latency issues, server space expansion and overall availability.
