Completed the redevelopment of Fairlane Town Center, Dearborn, MI. The redevelopment included Ford Land a 247,000 sf office complex converting the former Lord & Taylor building and 80,000 sf of vacant small shop space. Senior Leasing Manager

Responsible for all national leasing efforts for over 3 Million sq. ft., including Restaurants and big box retailers in the New York, City Market.

Completed over 50 transactions over two years. Lease up included Pandora, Alex and Ani, Pizza Rev, Sawa Grill, X Sport Fitness, Loebels Children's wear, New York and Co, Agaci and Aeropostale.
