I started as a server in 2018 and have worked my way up to a Key hourly manager in 2019 to Private Event Coordinator in 2020 and Assistant Manager in 2021 and I have been working both positions for almost 2 years. I am currently responsible for the day to day operations of the restaurant including all deliveries, ordering and inventory for the Front of House needs. I manage and schedule a team of 20-25 servers, bartenders and support staff and interact with guests on a daily basis. I’m responsible for opening/closing the restaurant and counting all money at the beginning and end of each day and ensuring that we balance. • My most important role was as a server. After 2 years, I was eventually promoted to daytime manager of the restaurant but I remained a server as well. I was responsible for the day to day running of front of the house which included weekly liquor inventory control as well as ordering of the liquor and working with those sales representatives to improve our sales and promoting. I have experience in restaurant management and years of experience in dealing with people on a day to day basis, in person as well as over the phone.
