I started as a server in 2018 and have worked my way up to a Key hourly manager in 2019 to Private Event Coordinator in 2020 and Assistant Manager in 2021 and I have been working both positions for almost 2 years. I am currently responsible for the day to day operations of the restaurant including all deliveries, ordering and inventory for the Front of House needs. I manage and schedule a team of 20-25 servers, bartenders and support staff and interact with guests on a daily basis. • My most important role was as a server. After 2 years, I was eventually promoted to daytime manager of the restaurant but I remained a server as well.
