OBJECTIVE: To perform the duties of General Manager/Chief Engineer within your Corporate Real Estate division in a safe, responsible and efficient manner as to be a great asset to your company.

LEED certification building program experience.

Able to read and interpret design, electrical and mechanical drawings.

Working knowledge of Facility Life/Safety Systems and equipment Reg4 inspection (Fire alarms-fire sprinkler systems).

Serviced and repaired 10 main air handling units complete with variable frequency drives, supply, return fans and motors. Hot water plants consisted of two Parker T-1995L gas-fired boilers. Two Carrier Chillers, 10A/C package units and two Baltimore air coil cooling towers.

Supervision of the building Fire/Line Safety system.

Testing and water treatment of the chilled condenser and hot water system.
