I work in a milieu of clients with varying diagnoses from ages 18-80. I provide a listening ear, focused on the client’s daily living, wellness, health, and safety. Working in a team environment we are responsible for empowering and encouraging clients to embrace recovery by facilitating groups with subject matter such as: Conflict Resolution, Coping Skills, Building Support Networks, and the importance of Personal Hygiene. I am skilled in daily documentation that informs the clinical and team members of activities on the shift including progress notes. Working in a team environment I support each client’s individual service plan.

I provided individual support to families receiving services from Placer County’s Behavioral Health System including Adult Mental Health, Child Welfare System, Juvenile Dependency Court, Special Education, and Juvenile Probation Services. I assisted clients in building and maintaining personal support networks, and family reunification and created linkages and collaborations between professionals and community service providers. Composing daily, weekly, and monthly data and tracking reports. This includes working cooperatively with a wide range of organizations, groups, professionals, and individuals from different educational, economic, cultural, and racial backgrounds. My duties also included driving clients to appointments.
