Builds relationship capital with business leaders to leverage all resources for trend and creative development, ensuring influence and alignment on strategic objectives. Drives the communication of creative direction across multiple business units.

Professional Experience

Executive Creative Director

Started the company in 1997 and built it into an internationally recognized, award-winning creative group that provides marketing, branding solutions, and creative content for the television, film, and advertising industries worldwide.

Oversee all aspects of the business, from marketing, staffing, and sales to leading the creative team throughout the entirety of a project. Schedule of freelancers, all production staffing and budgeting, all post-production staffing and budgeting, and the hiring of outside vendors. Direct all equipment and software purchases, as well as company payroll and employee benefits. Direct, coordinate, and manage teams engaged in the design and production of graphics packaging, promotional, and image campaigns for advertising agencies, television networks and affiliates around the globe.

Primary liaison with clients regarding all facets of the project life cycle from pre- to post-production. Design and creation of graphics media including all print, broadcast, and social media applications. Conceptualization of marketing campaigns, working with clients and production team to implement these campaigns.

Responsible for budgeting, cost containment, deadlines, and meeting contractual obligations. Design leader, creative strategist, and collaborator creating high-quality branding solutions and marketing materials that reinforce client goals and values.

By establishing an in-house production group, bypassed the third-party price markups that outside companies charge. Our producers were able to hire previously used film crews without an additional cost. With a director on staff, complete control of the overall artistic direction was kept in-house, allowing for the establishment of a “creative shorthand” that streamlines the entire process. Saved 20 - 35% of budget costs per project.

Creative Director

Led award-winning creative teams in the production of innovative brand communication for clients across the broadcasting, advertising and entertainment industries. Creator of tailored content across all platforms to address each project’s creative needs and marketing objectives while delivering engaging messages that define brands, influence audiences, and exceed client expectations.

Directed the business, establishing artistic direction and overseeing the development of a creative staff of 12 and often up to 30 freelance writers, designers, producers, animators, and editors. Key project manager, supervising all creative pitches and proposals, collaborating with all outside vendors, especially on the media production side. Responsible for the creation of, and adherence to, all budgetary constraints.
