Project Manager for Action Plan Tracking and Reporting Process (ATR) an onsite hardware tracking and reporting process that is used globally. The process is used by staff in the Solution Center, Partner and Field organizations, where approximately 25,000 action plans are created on a monthly basis. The Field feedback on these action plans is analyzed and delivered to various levels of the organization in all GEOs. Coordination with the management teams allows for improvements to the process and data quality. Technical product experts use the data to identify root causes and drive new knowledge, product enhancements, recognize part or process issues and identify opportunities for further training. The ATR process delivers measurable improvements in customer satisfaction, RoHS requirements, increased product quality and service, and decreased costs to Oracle.
