While previously working as a customer service associate, I was responsible for being attentive to customer inquiries: complaints or compliments, and providing positive feedback. I also worked in the Money Center where I handled cash money, money orders, and money transfers while maintaining a balanced cash drawer. I started out with Wal-Mart as a Cashier for several years.
