GLOBAL TRAINING COORDINATOR & LEAN MANUFACTURING LEAD

●Organized 6 teams of 60 people to implement Lean Manufacturing projects based on Toyota’s Performance Enterprising System; 5S, Kaizen events, 7 deadly wastes, Value Stream Mapping, Flow Analysis, Standardize Work, Visual performance displays, & Andon signals.

●Develop training plan to ensure associates have the knowledge and skill required to implement and maintain Lean Manufacturing efforts, along with assigned follow-up efforts established by the teams.
