Be Well is a holistic spa company I created to operate spa and wellness programs in multiple high-end hotels, private clubs, movie studios. I also developed a mobile spa, serving up-market residents in Los Angeles. I built Be Well as a remotely operated, holistic business that served 8 locations at once, over the phone, as well as earned $500k a year at its peak.. Client Service-crafted a homemade reservations system and was sole client service rep, every day, 12 hours a day, for the first 7 years of my business. I served high end corporate and leisure travelers from all over the world. My team was frequently lauded for our attention to detail. Operations-managed all aspects, including creating all operations systems from scratch. I managed all client service, scheduling practitioners, vendors, and account partner relations. Created orientation and incentive programs for account partners’ employees. Human Resources-crafted custom systems that supported my unique selection and training needs. I recruited, hired and trained hundreds of practitioners and spa managers. Managed retirement plans. Created training programs for operations, humble client service, and innovative spa treatments. My greatest joy was creating a company where my team was happy, well paid, and who loved working with me for many years. Accounting-responsible for all accounts payable and receivable, tax documentation for all 1099 and W2 team members. Secured $15,000 in grants.

Sales-I built Be Well by going out and creating relationships with account partners. I grew my company from $0 to $500,000 in 6 years, without capital or investors. Marketing-I designed logos, menus, promotions and newsletters. Created built in, guerilla sales and marketing systems for our account partners which kept a steady flow of clients for their bottom lines. I secured multiple public relations interviews and articles, including the LA Times.

The Human Library/2020-present Originating in Europe and brought to Los Angeles by a dear friend, The Human Library is a place where people can be "read", like books, on topics that may be controversial, with the intent to create communication and understanding in the world. La Vida, The Voices of Women/2019-present I am committed to people being seen and heard, so I produced 6 episodes of storytelling by women. Each episode is also a fundraiser benefiting women and children.
