Directed clinic operations for 76 dental staff using a $465,000 budget to ensure dental readiness for 7,000 installation personnel. Key advisor for dental clinic commander and 16 dentists and specialists on training, staffing, and compliance.

• Re-focused team on fundamental record keeping and customer service. Raised installation oral health rate to 9 year best (80.7%) and patient satisfaction (98.9%). o Clinic best of 11 clinics for 2 quarters.
