-Supervision of Internal Tooling Data Management System related to broaching tools. (Conversion ITDM).

Support to production:

-Planning & management of validation tests of performances of broaching tools prototype on the production line. -Member of the team delegated for manufacturing solution implementation for non-conformity reduction on turbine discs broaching operation.

-Member of the team of quality management related to surface finish on dovetail and firtree slot surface of turbine discs and axial compressors discs.

-Explain (verbally or by redaction) interaction of multiples physical and metallurgical parameters related with main visual non-conformities during machining broaching operation of turbine discs and axial rotors.

-Organise and participate in a meeting in French and English related to support to production of broaching process in multidisciplinary teams.

-Technical writing: Revisions of manuals and procedures of perishable tooling (cutting tools) metrology.
