Reverse Logistics- Lead Technician- Service & Repair

- Managed & processed the flow of massive amounts of electronic devices from returns to refurbishment or recycling due to various projects including but not limited to software updates, lifecycle upgrades, end of lease terms, store closings, & damage.

- Generated RMAs in Oracle EBS, managing the RMA process from initiation to resolution.

- Provisioned iOS devices with Apple Configurator to wipe, restore, update, & add company profiles.
